Right to know – You have the right to access and request that we inform you of the personal information we collect, use or share (if we do it, though with BizmoCard you won’t have to worry about this, as we are not associated with any third-party platforms)

Right to obtain a copy – You have the right to make or obtain a transportable copy of your Personal Information that we have collected during the period that is 12 months prior to the request date and are being maintained.

Right to request deletion – You have the right to request that we delete your Personal Information that we have collected from you and are maintaining. Please remain advised that exceptions under the CCPA may give us the permission to retain and use certain Personal Information notwithstanding your deletion request.

Right to non-discrimination – We will not discriminate against you in a manner prohibited by the CCPA for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

You also have to note that in our endeavor to protect your information and the integrity of our Site and Services, we will verify your identity before processing your request. An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you should be the one verifying that your agent is authorized for the task they have been entrusted with.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83, which is also known as the “Shine the Light” law, permits all our California resident users to request and obtain from us, information regarding the categories of personal information (if there are any such detail). This is a request that can be made once a year and it will be free of charge. As we do not disclose any such information to any third parties, because we are not associated with any, you won’t have to worry about the same. If you are under 18 in age and reside in California, yet have a registered account with us, then you can always request for the removal of any unwanted data that you have publicly posted or post on the website.
